Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the front line of our member experience, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple channels. You’ll help members navigate complex healthcare benefits, resolve inquiries, and ensure they feel confident and cared for throughout their journey with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Guide members through healthcare benefit options, insurance plans, coverage details, and eligibility criteria.
  • Diagnose and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Educate members on arenaflex’s product portfolio, wellness programs, and digital tools to maximize their value and engagement.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
