Role Overview – Senior Travel Product Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative Senior Travel Product Analyst to join arenaflex’s Remote Operations team. This position is a blend of data entry, business analysis, product ownership, and cross‑functional partnership. You will be the driving force behind the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our travel products, working closely with the Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to launch, optimize, and expand offerings that delight our customers and grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own the full business lifecycle of travel products, from concept and pricing to launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, validate, and maintain product data across multiple internal systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Partner Collaboration: Negotiate rates, contracts, and service level agreements with travel partners, airlines, and third‑party vendors to secure competitive pricing and high‑quality service.
• Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction; conduct root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Product Development team to prioritize enhancements, provide data‑driven insights, and ensure seamless rollout of new features.
• Marketing Enablement: Partner with the Marketing team to craft compelling product positioning, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and support promotional campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in travel product management, business analysis, or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
