Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical techniques, business processes, and industry‑standard tools to design, execute, and validate data migration solutions for arenaflex’s core applications.
  • Partner with the Delivery Team, Engineers, Product Owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of business domains and system functionalities.
  • Conduct detailed data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain migration documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, test plans, and post‑migration validation reports.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate migration risks, proactively addressing potential data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and compliance concerns.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions with business users to capture functional and technical needs, translating them into clear, actionable migration tasks.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on data architecture, transformation rules, and integration patterns to guide the development of robust migration pipelines.
  • Monitor migration progress against project timelines, adjusting priorities and resources as needed to meet critical deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in data migration, data analysis, or business process analysis within a large‑scale enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and data quality frameworks.
  • Proficiency with data migration tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) to automate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product owners, and senior leadership.
