  • Manage the check-in process for departing passengers, verifying that all travelers have the proper documentation required for their journey, including identification, visas, and travel authorizations.
  • Label and tag passenger baggage, performing physical lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales onto conveyor belts and handling luggage at varying heights from floor level to waist level.
  • Assist passengers with seat availability questions, gate announcements related to the boarding process, real-time flight status updates, baggage claim, and the initiation of the boarding sequence.
  • Operate jet bridges to safely position them for aircraft arrival, including lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of passengers, colleagues, and yourself at all times.
  • Accompany unaccompanied minors and travelers with disabilities throughout the airport, providing compassionate and attentive support from check-in to boarding.
  • Maintain strict compliance with uniform standards, presenting a polished and professional appearance that reflects the arenaflex brand.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to handling personal data responsibly, ensuring that passenger information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
  • Work a fixed or rotating schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as airport operations require 24/7 coverage.
