If you are passionate about maintaining data integrity and love turning chaotic information streams into clean, reliable datasets, this role is your gateway to a rewarding career at arenaflex.

Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data pipeline, ensuring that every piece of information entered into our systems is accurate, consistent, and secure. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including data analysts, quality assurance engineers, and client support—to guarantee seamless data flow from source documents to our proprietary databases.

This position is ideal for candidates who possess a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to repetitive tasks, and a genuine enthusiasm for maintaining the highest standards of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with speed and precision, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Copy and paste data from a variety of source formats (PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned documents, web portals) into arenaflex’s centralized database platforms.
  • Validate and cross‑reference information against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
  • Apply data‑cleansing techniques, including removal of duplicate entries, standardization of formats, and correction of typographical errors.
  • Maintain strict data security protocols, including encryption handling, access control compliance, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data discrepancies, escalating complex issues to senior analysts when necessary.
  • Document and report any anomalies, inconsistencies, or process inefficiencies to the Data Operations Manager.
  • Participate in regular quality‑assurance audits and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s operational policies, data governance standards, and industry‑specific regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data handling or office administration are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in data entry, copy‑and‑paste tasks, or similar clerical roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, proprietary arenaflex tools) and familiarity with basic database concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple data streams simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with internal teams and external clients.
  • Self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy principles and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data‑validation tools, OCR software, or automated data‑capture technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI‑DSS.
  • Previous exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath) or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to suggest and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce error rates.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Accuracy & Precision: Ability to spot inconsistencies and correct them before they propagate.
  • Time Management: Efficiently handle large volumes of data while meeting daily and weekly targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and learning new tools quickly.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive in identifying root causes of data issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with analysts, managers, and client service teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to evolving data sources, formats, and project requirements.
