Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high‑performing remote customer service team, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with arenaflex’s operational standards and QDM principles.
  • Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular coaching sessions, and drive a results‑oriented mindset across the team.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Develop, test, and execute global frameworks, workflows, and decision‑support tools that reduce operational costs while increasing revenue and service quality.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to standardize and integrate arenaflex’s global shipping capabilities (e.g., CargoWise) with internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Implement robust risk‑based controls to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First‑Contact Resolution, Net Promoter Score, and Service Level Agreements, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Management

  • Drive arenaflex’s Quality‑Driven Management (QDM) initiatives, applying Six Sigma, Lean, and other ASQ methodologies to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Quantify customer impact metrics, develop root‑cause analyses, and deploy corrective actions that safeguard and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with global partners to harmonize best practices, ensuring consistency across regions and business units.
  • Facilitate regular audits, process reviews, and post‑implementation assessments to validate the effectiveness of improvement projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with internal stakeholders—including Operations, IT, Finance, and Compliance—to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for global shipping system enhancements, coordinating testing, validation, and rollout activities.
  • Prepare and present executive‑level reports that highlight performance trends, risk exposures, and strategic recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Certifications (highly preferred): Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification, PMP, or arenaflex QDM Master certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in global customer service, logistics operations, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing and managing CargoWise or comparable global shipping platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, develop quantitative models, and drive data‑based decision making.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse, remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Supply Chain) or additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or ITIL.
  • Experience leading multi‑regional, remote teams across different time zones.
  • Strong project management background with a track record of delivering large‑scale technology integrations on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices in logistics, e‑commerce fulfillment, and omnichannel customer support.
