Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering premium support to our customers via phone, chat, and email channels. You'll be the first point of contact for travelers needing assistance with reservations, itinerary changes, booking inquiries, and travel-related questions. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, with flexible scheduling options available. You'll work in a remote capacity, serving customers primarily in the Illinois region while supporting our broader national customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. You'll respond to customer questions about bookings, travel policies, flight status, baggage allowances, and various travel-related topics.
  • Process reservations and modifications accurately using our reservation systems. This includes creating new bookings, making changes to existing reservations, processing cancellations, and handling seat assignments.
  • Provide expert travel guidance to help customers make informed decisions about their travel plans. You'll offer recommendations on routes, travel times, connecting flights, and fare options that best meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills. You'll investigate concerns, coordinate with other departments when necessary, and ensure each customer receives a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions, modifications, and follow-up actions. Accurate record-keeping ensures continuity of service and enables personalized future support.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and resolution rates. You'll participate in quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on travel policies, procedures, and system updates by completing required training modules and staying informed about industry changes.

Essential Qualifications
