Remote · USA Full-time New today

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a fast‑growing digital platform that connects brands, agencies, and consumers through vibrant community‑driven conversations. With a mission to empower marketers to reach audiences where they naturally gather, arenaflex blends cutting‑edge technology, data‑rich insights, and a culture of creativity. Our platform is especially popular among consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands that seek authentic engagement, measurable results, and innovative storytelling. As we expand our presence across North America, we are looking for a seasoned Client Account Manager to champion our CPG vertical within the Large Customer Sales team.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s fragmented media landscape, brands need a partner who can translate strategic objectives into high‑impact campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase. As the Client Account Manager for the CPG vertical, you will be the bridge between arenaflex’s internal expertise and the external goals of some of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and the evolution of our advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Client Partners to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns that exceed client marketing goals.
  • End‑to‑End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of campaigns—from brief intake and media planning to execution, performance monitoring, and post‑flight analysis.
  • Revenue & Operations Oversight: Ensure timely revenue delivery, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain accurate account documentation.
  • Education & Thought Leadership: Conduct workshops and training sessions for brands and agencies, articulating arenaflex’s value proposition, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Consultative Planning: Advise clients on awareness and direct‑response objectives, co‑creating media plans that blend data‑driven insights with creative storytelling.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work hand‑in‑hand with Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to guarantee seamless campaign delivery and rapid resolution of technical challenges.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs internally, influencing product roadmaps, policy updates, and service enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose process enhancements, and champion innovative solutions that drive efficiency and performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with a strong preference for CPG client exposure.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel—from brand awareness to conversion—and familiarity with traditional and digital media ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset capable of dissecting complex data sets, isolating variables, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital measurement fundamentals, including attribution models, mobile measurement partners, and third‑party analytics platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity to navigate product, process, and client challenges with creative problem‑solving.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with external partners, agencies, and senior brand stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar CPG accounts on digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying, audience segmentation, and brand safety standards.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior shifts.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align client objectives with arenaflex’s capabilities, crafting holistic media strategies.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Comfort interpreting performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and recommending optimizations.
  • Relationship Management: Empathy, active listening, and proactive communication to foster trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, timeline management, and the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Seamless coordination with internal teams—Ad Ops, Product, Analytics, and Creative—to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot strategies based on real‑time feedback, market changes, or client priorities.

  • Cross‑departmental project assignments that broaden your skill set and expand your internal network.
  • Support for industry certifications and attendance at leading marketing conferences.
