Position Overview

The RES PMO Task Director will be the catalyst that drives high‑impact initiatives across arenaflex’s Reservations division. Reporting to the PMO leadership team, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of strategic projects— from concept and planning through execution and delivery—ensuring they align with the company’s vision of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of high‑value projects that enhance the Reservations portfolio, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including charters, schedules, risk & issue logs, and status dashboards.
  • Multi‑Project Management: Simultaneously manage several initiatives of varying complexity, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the Business Architecture team to refine operating models, embed best‑in‑class processes, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Communication Strategy: Design and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed, foster transparency, and promote alignment across the organization.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Contribute to business case development, prioritization, and ongoing portfolio governance to ensure resources are focused on the highest‑impact opportunities.
