Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of account‑related issues, from billing questions to transaction disputes, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the process.

Data Entry & Management
