Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Digital Communications & Visual Content Specialist, you will be the storytelling engine behind arenaflex’s internal and external communications. You will craft compelling narratives, design eye‑catching visuals, and support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in delivering clear, strategic messages to a global audience of more than 9,000 professionals. Your work will directly influence how our technology initiatives are perceived, adopted, and celebrated across the organization, helping to drive business success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Messaging: Write, edit, and refine the CIO’s communications—including speeches, blog posts, video scripts, and email newsletters—to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with arenaflex’s brand voice.
  • Visual Design: Create and adapt graphics for intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and printed collateral, applying best practices in typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Multimedia Production: Record, edit, and produce short‑form videos and webinars for internal channels, ensuring high production quality and engaging storytelling.
  • Event Support: Develop executive briefing decks, round‑table materials, and event signage for both virtual and in‑person leadership forums.
  • Content Management: Maintain and curate content on arenaflex’s intranet and other communication platforms (e.g., Unily), ensuring information is up‑to‑date, searchable, and accessible.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, HR, and IT—to gather insights, align messaging, and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Brand Governance: Enforce brand guidelines, champion visual storytelling standards, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement metrics for communications, analyze performance data, and iterate on content strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Recognition Programs: Assist in the design and execution of employee recognition initiatives that celebrate achievements aligned with arenaflex’s core values.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or visual storytelling, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging language.
  • Strong visual communication expertise, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).
  • Hands‑on experience producing and editing short‑form video content and webinars.
  • Familiarity with intranet/content management systems such as Unily, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Portfolio showcasing a blend of written, visual, and multimedia work (required for consideration).
