  • Minimum six months of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and related programming standards.
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, data acquisition, and integration of sensors, servo drives, and variable‑frequency drives.
  • Ability to work at heights (up to 100 ft) and in confined spaces safely.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and position equipment up to 80 lb and perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, or condition‑monitoring software.
  • Background in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, food‑grade) where strict compliance and documentation are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of reducing equipment downtime.
