Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input & Verification: Accurately input text‑based and numerical information from source documents into arenaflex’s proprietary databases, adhering to strict time‑line requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Compile, sort, and prioritize source documents to ensure they are ready for seamless computer entry.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities when possible, and perform final output checks.
  • Research & Completion: Investigate incomplete or ambiguous documents, obtaining missing information from internal resources or external contacts.
  • Procedural Application: Apply established data‑entry techniques, protocols, and software tools consistently across all tasks.
  • Reporting & Archiving: Generate routine reports, store completed work in designated digital repositories, and execute regular backup operations to safeguard information.
  • Scanning & Printing: Operate scanners and printers to digitize physical documents when required, ensuring high‑quality image capture.

Essential Qualifications
