The Opportunity: Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as a vital link in our claims processing chain, combining customer service skills with precise data management capabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Claims Data Management: Accurately input and maintain claims information into arenaflex's proprietary claims management systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the processing lifecycle
  • Information Verification: Diligently follow up on missing or incomplete claim information to ensure timely and accurate processing, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders as needed
  • Invoice Review: Thoroughly examine and validate submitted invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established protocols and guidelines
  • Report Compilation: Generate and compile detailed reports from various systems containing claims information, presenting data in a clear and organized manner for analysis by team leadership
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
