Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in at least one U.S. state.
  • U.S. residency (or a valid U.S. mailing address) and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in insurance, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others, with a patient, empathetic, and solution‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or inside‑sales environments.
