Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant Specialist
Role/Title: Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant Specialist (Email Execution & Flow Builder) Location: Remote Optimum7 is a performance-driven B2B eCommerce growth agency. We engineer outcomes for industrial B2B and SaaS brands that want to scale smarter and faster through custom development and creative marketing strategies. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, execution-focused Klaviyo specialist to build and implement email marketing assets. If you love precision work, enjoy turning Figma designs into fully functional email flows, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, this role is for you. This is a pure execution role — no strategy, no copywriting, no design decisions. You take what is already built and make it live, flawless, and fully functional inside Klaviyo. What You’ll Do Rebuild email designs from Figma into Klaviyo templates with pixel-perfect accuracy Implement templates into existing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Ensure all email blocks match Figma layouts exactly (spacing, structure, hierarchy) Wire all CTAs, buttons, and tracking links correctly Add UTM parameters consistently across all links Configure and manage flow logic (triggers, conditional splits, delays where required) Test emails across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other major clients Identify and flag any design elements that do not translate well to email format Ensure every email is fully functional before going live What You Bring Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (must show live flows or examples) Strong ability to translate Figma designs into email templates without deviation Deep understanding of Klaviyo flows, triggers, splits, and timing logic Experience with email QA and cross-client rendering testing Obsessive attention to detail (broken links, spacing issues, or misaligned elements are unacceptable) Ability to work independently and deliver fast, clean execution Availability to start immediately this week Responsive during US East business hours on Slack Preferred Experience Experience working in eCommerce email marketing (DTC brands preferred) Familiarity with conversion tracking, UTMs, and performance hygiene Prior work in high-volume email flow setups inside Klaviyo Experience working directly with Figma-to-email production pipelines What We Value at Optimum7 Commitment to Excellence: Precision, efficiency, and high-quality execution Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to identify issues before they become problems Innovative Mindset: Smarter, faster execution methods Team-Centric Attitude: Zero-drama, high-trust collaboration Growth Minded: Continuous improvement and accountability Purpose-Driven: Helping eCommerce and B2B brands scale through execution excellence Why Join Optimum7 100% remote role Competitive base salary paid in USD Opportunity to work with high-growth eCommerce and SaaS brands Access to advanced marketing and automation tools Strong, execution-focused team culture built on clarity and accountability Ready to Join?
