Position Summary

The Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to arenaflex during overnight hours. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and care arenaflex is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems during overnight shifts.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications simultaneously.
