This full‑time role operates on a flexible night or day shift schedule, offering a competitive annual salary of $76,000. The successful candidate will act as the primary data subject‑matter expert (SME), partnering with internal and external stakeholders—including pharmacy, retail, specialty pharmacy, payer, and health‑system partners—to translate complex data requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across arenaflex, including Pharmacy, Retail, and Specialty Pharmacy, to enhance existing data products, define new initiatives, and drive roadmap execution.
  • Design and champion continuous improvement of data governance, data quality, and data management processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Provide the Retail Strategy team with data‑driven analysis and research to support contract negotiations, market assessments, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Serve as the data SME for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance examinations, preparing documentation and responding to inquiries with precision.
  • Participate in RFP responses and Statement of Work (SOW) development for new data‑related contracts, articulating arenaflex’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Operate within a matrix environment, delivering shared responsibility for data initiatives across drug manufacturer, payer, and health‑system partners.
  • Oversee channel segment performance and profitability, translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating arenaflex’s data strategy, product roadmap, and compliance posture.
  • Lead the delivery and support of existing and new analytics products, collaborating with external vendors to provide data and insights to pharmaceutical and payer partners.
  • Partner closely with the IT organization to design, test, and implement solutions that enhance current regulatory data delivery services and analytics offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, guaranteeing consistent execution of approved partner services.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through leadership, training, and execution of strategic projects, fostering confidence, motivation, and resilience.
  • Drive communication and adoption of data initiatives, ensuring that changes are identified, communicated, documented, and tracked to meet compliance and project governance standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience contributing to financial solutions within a healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience managing complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with program management and analysis of specialty pharmacy services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the state.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or Master’s in Health Informatics) is a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CDISC.
  • Hands‑on expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (SQL, Python, R).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and compliance best practices.
  • Prior experience working with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and drug manufacturer data exchanges.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and build high‑performing data teams.
