Telehealth BCBA (Flexible Part-Time Hours)

About the Role

We're looking for a BCBA to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This position is designed for clinicians who want flexibility and control over their schedules while making a meaningful impact in communities that often have limited access to ABA services. Many of the children and families we serve live in rural and underserved areas where finding a BCBA can be extremely difficult. In some communities, families may spend months on waitlists or drive long distances just to access care. Through telehealth, we're working to change that. As a Telehealth BCBA, you'll help bring high-quality ABA services to families who might otherwise struggle to access the support they need. Whether you're looking to pick up a few additional hours each week, supplement an existing full-time position, or gradually build a larger caseload over time, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your availability and goals. This is a fully remote telehealth position, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while expanding access to care for families who need it most. There are no minimum caseload requirements and no pressure to continually increase your hours. Some clinicians prefer a small caseload that fits around other professional or personal commitments. Others may eventually want additional hours or opportunities to grow with the organization as we continue to expand. Both paths are perfectly okay. Focus on Clinical Work — Leave the Rest to Us One of the most common frustrations we hear from BCBAs is that too much of their time gets pulled away from clinical work. Scheduling issues. Staffing issues. Insurance questions. Authorization follow-up. Intake coordination. Administrative tasks. At Bright Pathways, our philosophy is simple: BCBAs should be focused on clinical care, not operational responsibilities. That's why our operations and administrative teams handle scheduling, staffing coordination, intake management, authorization tracking, insurance coordination, and other administrative functions. As a BCBA, your focus is on supporting children, families, and behavior technicians—not managing operational issues. We also recognize that some BCBA's enjoy conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, while others prefer focusing on supervision, parent training, and ongoing clinical oversight. For clinicians who prefer the latter, we offer the option to have assessments and treatment planning handled by designated clinical team members, allowing you to focus exclusively on ongoing case supervision and clinical support.

What You'll Do

Depending on your preferences and availability, responsibilities may include:

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight for behavior technicians
• Conducting parent and caregiver training sessions
• Reviewing client progress and making clinical recommendations
• Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in care
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supervising behavior technicians virtually preferred
• Ability to provide services via telehealth
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions

Compensation & Flexibility

• $70-$90 per hour, depending on experience
