Epic Support Analyst III, Resolute HB PB Claims and Remittance

Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.
- Resolute HB/PB Claims and Remittance experience.
Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- Epic certification in Resolute Hospital (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) upon hire
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Is a proven expert in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.
