Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks while consistently meeting or exceeding client‑specified accuracy thresholds.
  • Identify, classify, and process a variety of form types—including MEDI (Medical) documents—according to established guidelines.
  • Execute verification, validation, and quality‑control procedures to ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with team leads and subject‑matter experts to resolve ambiguous entries and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of work performed, including timestamps, error logs, and corrective actions.
