As a Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our paid‑media intelligence engine. Your meticulous data entry, analytical insight, and ability to translate raw numbers into actionable strategies will directly influence how arenaflex allocates advertising spend, optimizes campaigns, and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain product, inventory, and advertising data in arenaflex’s central databases with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with paid‑media, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for cost‑efficiency and performance improvement.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights that inform strategic decisions across the paid‑media ecosystem.
  • Partner with data‑science and analytics groups to design and execute media mix models, attribution studies, and forecasting exercises.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives by providing data‑driven recommendations that align with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing data‑quality best practices.

Day‑to‑Day Schedule (Sample)

Monday – Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Review inbox for urgent updates, prioritize tasks.
  • 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM: Align daily objectives with team leads; set focus areas.
  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Data entry – product information, inventory updates, order processing.
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break.
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Continue data entry; begin preliminary analysis of campaign performance.
  • 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Short stretch break.
  • 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Quality checks, report generation, documentation, and preparation for next day.
  • 5:00 PM: End of scheduled workday.

Saturday – Sunday

  • Flexible hours – optional catch‑up or advance work based on personal availability and project needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or consulting within an e‑commerce or digital‑media environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, sub‑queries, and performance tuning.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one data‑visualization platform (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated reporting pipelines and KPI dashboards.
