Position Summary

This full‑time, 40‑hour per week, 1099 contract role is designed for self‑motivated individuals who thrive in a remote environment and enjoy a blend of data‑centric tasks and client‑facing responsibilities. You will work a standard 9 AM – 5 PM EST schedule with some flexibility, using a dedicated home office equipped with a desktop computer and dual monitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Extraction & Entry: Accurately import product information from a variety of Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, and proprietary databases into arenaflex’s product management system.
  • Product Creation & Publishing: Build and publish product listings that are visually appealing, fully compliant with brand guidelines, and ready for purchase on multiple online marketplaces.
  • Research & Verification: Conduct thorough research to confirm product specifications, dimensions, pricing, and compliance requirements, ensuring every listing meets both internal standards and external regulations.
  • Image Management: Review, organize, and select high‑quality images for each product, optimizing file sizes and naming conventions for fast loading and SEO benefit.
  • SEO‑Driven Content Writing: Craft concise, keyword‑rich product titles and descriptions that improve search visibility while accurately representing the product’s features and benefits.
  • Keyword Research: Utilize industry‑standard tools to identify high‑impact search terms, integrating them strategically into product listings to boost organic traffic.
  • Customer Service Support: Respond promptly to client emails and phone inquiries, providing clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.
