Position Overview

  • Quality Assurance and Data Integrity: Review all entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and omissions. Identify discrepancies, correct mistakes, and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all data sources, entries, modifications, and activities. Create and update logs, reports, and documentation to support audit trails and operational transparency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to gather, organize, and verify information. Communicate effectively to clarify data requirements and resolve any ambiguities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency. Provide feedback to management on tools, processes, and systems that could be enhanced.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and in full compliance with arenaflex data protection policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing data entry activities, productivity metrics, and quality indicators to team leads and management.
  • System Navigation and Software Proficiency: Utilize various data entry software, proprietary platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite tools to perform daily tasks efficiently and accurately.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. An associate degree or higher in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Data Entry Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred. However, motivated candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Typing Proficiency: Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute (WPM) and a high level of accuracy.
