What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist supporting our streaming services partner, you will be the front line of customer support for a global entertainment brand. Your day will be dynamic, engaging, and filled with opportunities to make a real difference. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Handle inbound customer calls of varying types, including account inquiries, subscription questions, billing support, and technical troubleshooting, while consistently delivering a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned experience.
  • Streaming Service Troubleshooting: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting steps for streaming issues across multiple device types, including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and computers. Help diagnose and resolve playback, connectivity, and account access issues.
  • Sharing Your Passion for Entertainment: Engage customers in genuine conversations about movies, TV shows, and animated content. Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to recommend titles, answer content-related questions, and help subscribers get the most out of their streaming subscription.
  • Multi-Tasking Across Multiple Platforms: Navigate several applications simultaneously, including CRM platforms, knowledge bases, and internal tools, while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Hitting Performance Targets: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on new content releases, platform features, and product updates so you can serve as a knowledgeable resource for every customer interaction.
  • Upholding Brand Standards: Represent our streaming services partner with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in every interaction, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for outstanding customer care.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience working in a customer service, contact center, or call center environment with a demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Streaming Knowledge: Hands-on experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of how streaming works on phones, smart TVs, tablets, gaming consoles, and other connected devices.
  • Basic PC Skills: Solid keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Technical Support Aptitude: Some experience providing technical support, whether professionally or in a personal capacity, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Comfort using several applications at once while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of customer engagement.
  • CRM Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus, though full training will be provided.

Remote Work Setup Requirements

arenaflex provides all the equipment you need to succeed. However, to ensure you can perform at your best while working from home, your workspace must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet Connectivity: A reliable broadband connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload. Faster speeds are strongly preferred to support high call quality and rapid system response times.
  • Wired Connection Required: You must have a hard-wired internet connection. Wireless, satellite, and cellular-based internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • Secure Home Network: A private, in-house network that can consistently support outstanding call quality without interruptions.
  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work where you can focus fully on delivering excellent customer service.

Other Important Requirements

  • This position is open only to residents of the United States.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered for employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
