Position Overview

arenaflex’s Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Revenue team is responsible for the largest source of revenue: Merchant Discount Revenue. The team collaborates with cross‑functional partners to set optimal pricing, enhance merchant satisfaction, and grow revenue through data‑driven pricing models and innovative rebate structures. As a member of this team, you will focus on the Canadian market, ensuring that merchant rebate data is captured, validated, and transformed into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Rebate Tracking: Compile, validate, and maintain monthly merchant rebate revenue data for the Canadian region, comparing actual performance against forecasted targets.
  • Scorecard Development: Design and update merchant rebate scorecards that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and variance drivers for senior leadership.
  • Data Normalization: Standardize data inputs across multiple pricing groups to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of analysis.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with pricing, finance, and merchant relationship teams to resolve data discrepancies, address escalations, and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Conduct on‑the‑fly investigations into rebate rate changes, uncover hidden patterns, and present findings in clear, concise formats.

Essential Qualifications
