Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

The Customer Support Specialist role at arenaflex sits at the intersection of customer service and customer success. You will be the primary point of contact for our vibrant community of holistic practitioners, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive on our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and empathetically to practitioner inquiries via ticketing system, email, and live chat.
  • Track and reconcile client payments, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payouts.
  • Conduct live onboarding sessions and support calls over Zoom, guiding new practitioners through platform setup, service listings, and best‑practice workflows.
  • Identify patterns in support requests, proactively develop knowledge‑base articles, and suggest product enhancements to the engineering and product teams.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor practitioner health metrics, such as booking volume, retention rates, and satisfaction scores.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of community‑building initiatives, including webinars, Q&A panels, and virtual wellness events.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks that arise in a dynamic startup environment, ranging from data cleanup to process documentation.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on our core KPI—total bookings—by delivering exceptional support that enables practitioners to maximize platform utilization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or customer success, preferably within SaaS, health‑tech, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset—a track record of continuously learning, adapting, and improving performance.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts in clear, friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).

  • Background in health, wellness, or related fields—certifications or personal practice are a plus.
  • Data‑driven mindset: ability to interpret support metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Comfort with basic spreadsheet manipulation and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel).
