Position Overview

The Remote Ground Operations & Data Entry Executive role is a hybrid position that blends front‑line airport support with meticulous data management. You will be the trusted point of contact for passengers, ground crew, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, accurate ticket processing, and compliance with all safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process ticket reservations, verify passenger information, and allocate seats using arenaflex’s reservation system.
  • Provide clear, courteous information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, baggage policies, and special assistance programs.
  • Coordinate aircraft push‑back, marshaling, and de‑icing operations using ground support equipment such as tow tractors, belt loaders, and push‑back vehicles.
  • Handle denied‑boarding situations, solicit volunteers, and arrange re‑booking, accommodations, meals, and transportation vouchers as needed.
  • Assist passengers with unique requirements, including weight‑sensitive cargo, special handling requests, and mobility assistance.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of ground equipment safely, adhering to FAA and arenaflex safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections of restricted areas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate data entry of flight manifests, cargo loads, and passenger records, guaranteeing data integrity across multiple platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education in aviation, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate ground support vehicles as required.
