Role Overview – Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed self‑starter to join our Marketplace Growth team as a Remote Data Entry & Account Manager. In this role, you will be the bridge between promising sellers and arenaflex’s 3P (third‑party) marketplace in the United States, while operating from the comfort of your home in Venezuela. Your primary mission is to identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them onto the arenaflex platform, and help them optimize product listings, pricing, and performance to drive mutual growth.

This position blends analytical rigor with relationship‑building, giving you the chance to develop a deep understanding of e‑commerce dynamics, seasonal trends, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders—including product, operations, and marketing teams—as well as external partners, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and sustained success for our sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to understand marketplace segments, seasonal demand patterns, and emerging trends across the United States. Monitor competitor activities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted presentations. Build a robust pipeline of new partners eager to expand their reach via arenaflex.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide sellers through the account setup process, providing best‑practice advice on product listing creation, pricing strategy, and fulfillment options. Deliver data‑driven insights that help sellers meet delivery expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze seller performance metrics, pinpoint gaps, and collaborate with sellers to implement improvement plans. Leverage Excel and other MS Office tools to generate clear, actionable reports.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—such as Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and influence product enhancements that benefit the broader marketplace.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract key marketplace players, expand product assortment, and increase arenaflex’s share of the 3P market.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Draft concise emails, presentations, and reports that articulate findings, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments, platform updates, and regulatory changes that impact e‑commerce operations. Share knowledge with teammates to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, particularly with marketplace platforms.

  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
