Leisure Life Travel is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals for a remote customer service role supporting travel planning services. In this position, you will assist clients with booking and managing vacations, cruises, and travel experiences while delivering a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel, including cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options based on client needs
- Manage reservations and maintain clear communication with clients before and after travel
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using online systems
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are necessary
- An interest in travel and hospitality is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is helpful but not required
