Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer service calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, update, and confirm transportation requests for medical appointments
  • Assist members with ride changes, cancellations, and general questions
  • Verify trip information and eligibility using company systems
  • Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and trip details
  • Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Follow company policies and quality standards
  • Meet performance expectations for attendance, accuracy, and customer service

Skills

  • Must currently reside in Kansas
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work remotely from a secure and distraction-free home office
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously

  • Call center experience
  • Healthcare, transportation, scheduling, or member services experience
