CRM Support Analyst

Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company that focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and service. The CRM Support Analyst will assist clients with fundraising efforts by providing end-user support and managing data-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients, via meetings, phone calls, and e-mail
  • Assist in the execution of client fundraising campaigns, including data enhancement and audience segmentation
  • Provide Portfolio end-user support
  • Assist in designing reports
  • Maintain and enhance workflow documentation
  • Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs
  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines
  • Assist in end-user training
  • Assist in software testing

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly accurate and organized
  • Work well in a team environment and is driven to meet clients' fundraising goals
  • Handle multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Available to commute to our Peabody, MA office at least 2 days/week
