They are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email or external client portals
- Provide accurate information about products, work orders, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite
- Type accurately and consistently at 40 words per minute (WPM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Previous experience or familiarity with commercial construction terminology, service operations, or the trades industry
