Position Overview – Lead Director, Data Science & Patient Safety Analytics
arenaflex is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to head the Data Science and Patient Safety Analytics team within our Retail Pharmacy Analytics division. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing AI/ML‑powered solutions that detect, prevent, and mitigate patient safety incidents across more than 9,700 pharmacy locations. The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing team of data scientists and analysts, partner with senior business stakeholders, and translate complex data insights into actionable, real‑world improvements that safeguard patient health.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long‑term analytics roadmap, aligning AI/ML initiatives with arenaflex’s patient safety objectives and overall business strategy.
