Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to exceed customer service expectations, supporting sales initiatives and fostering long‑term client relationships.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to track interactions, generate reports, and calculate discounts, commissions, and other financial figures accurately.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the medical industry, call center environment, or customer service role with a focus on healthcare products.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education in health sciences or business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training tools.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages accurately.
