Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist (Corporate Travel Management)

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Corporate Travel Management (CTM) division. This full‑time role, based in the United States, offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 and the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will act as a trusted advisor to Travel Management Companies (TMCs), driving revenue growth, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless data flow across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TMC partners, building and nurturing strategic relationships that enhance corporate travel experiences.
  • Analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, and manage agreements with TMCs to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to draft, review, and finalize contract terms that protect both arenaflex and its partners.
  • Monitor revenue, quotas, and contract performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional initiatives that drive new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and ongoing management of TMC accounts, including contract negotiations, pricing updates, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and execute business development plans in partnership with the revenue leadership team, ensuring accurate documentation of opportunities and forecasted revenue.
  • Analyze data trends to identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth strategies.
  • Track revenue, commissions, and contract execution to guarantee optimal earnings and achievement of sales goals.
  • Efficiently manage time and resources to open revenue channels at the most strategic rate for arenaflex.
  • Prepare and implement regional sales plans that align with corporate targets, positioning arenaflex competitively in the marketplace.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in external sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; alternatively, four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in airline or travel industry sales.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data sources such as Curve and Crystal.
