Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, mid‑career Customer Experience Program Manager to join arenaflex’s Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) team. In this role, you will blend technical expertise with business acumen to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs that deliver secure, high‑performance cloud solutions to government customers. You will act as the strategic liaison between internal delivery teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring that program objectives are met on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. This position is based in California and offers a competitive salary range of $70‑80 K per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end program delivery for arenaflex’s Government Cloud Data Center initiatives, applying industry‑standard project and program management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including engineering, security, compliance, and sales—to identify process improvements and capture requirements from RFP responses.
  • Translate complex technical and security requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s Cloud First mission.
  • Lead program governance activities, including risk, issue, and change management, while maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate pilot deployments and proof‑of‑concept trials, working closely with partners to define success criteria and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular status reporting, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones, and financial metrics to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. government security requirements, including clearance verification and adherence to classified data handling protocols.
  • Champion arenaflex’s culture of inclusion, respect, and accountability by modeling exemplary behavior and supporting diversity initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, product/program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) – including successful completion of a Single‑Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass arenaflex Cloud background checks and other security screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 + years of experience in software engineering, product/program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary programs, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and communications.
  • Experience leading teams through complex government compliance and security frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and external partners.
  • Experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with contract language, procurement processes, and government RFP cycles.
