The Role: Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.   • Data Entry & Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders, personal information, and purchase details into our database systems. Ensure complete data integrity by verifying information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission.
  • Information Verification: Review and verify all entered data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards. Identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or missing information promptly to maintain data quality.
  • Customer Information Management: Retrieve, update, and maintain customer profiles, order histories, and account information as needed. Ensure all customer data is current, accurate, and securely stored in accordance with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional service. Communicate effectively to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in a customer service role within a professional environment, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or floral industry settings.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written communication skills for email correspondence and documentation, coupled with clear, articulate verbal communication abilities for phone and live chat interactions.
