Role Overview

Working remotely from North Carolina, you will engage with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital channels. You will leverage a deep understanding of arenaflex’s product portfolio to resolve escalated issues, provide accurate information, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling. Your expertise will also help mentor junior agents, contribute to process improvements, and uphold arenaflex’s reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve non‑standard or escalated customer issues using a combination of analytical tools, product knowledge, and creative thinking.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, conduct outbound outreach, and respond to web‑based inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • KPI Management: Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and other performance metrics defined in arenaflex contracts.
  • Communication Excellence: Greet each customer courteously, listen actively, clarify requirements, and articulate solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Accurately log all interactions, update account notes, and ensure that records reflect the true nature of each case.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Product Advocacy: Identify opportunities to introduce additional arenaflex products or services that align with the customer’s needs.
  • Shift Adherence: Follow assigned work schedules, maintain reliable attendance, and provide timely notifications for any absences in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Mentorship & Training: Coach entry‑level, intermediate, and senior agents, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, IT, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of proven experience in a customer service or help‑desk environment, preferably handling both inbound and outbound communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain courteous, patient, and professional in high‑pressure situations.
  • Strong computer navigation skills, including proficiency with Windows operating systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Sharp problem‑solving aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of accurate documentation and data entry.
