  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously refine ERM workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

  • Communication Ability: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for turning data into compelling narratives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically, spot patterns, and propose data‑driven solutions to complex problems.
  • Self‑Motivation: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud‑based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with data‑preparation tools like Dataiku or Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI‑DSS) and how they influence risk reporting.
  • Previous exposure to enterprise‑wide dashboarding and KPI development.
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CRMA, FRM) or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

Core Skills & Competencies
