This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States We are looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher to manage daily trucking operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure efficient delivery of loads across the US.

• This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in dry van and reefer operations who can operate in a fast-paced logistics environment and take ownership of dispatch performance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers and assign loads in a timely and efficient manner
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide real-time updates
• Communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve issues on the road
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver logs
• Handle delays, breakdowns, and scheduling changes effectively
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight dispatching (dry vans and reefers)
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with load boards and freight brokerage platforms
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
