Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Engage warmly with customers through phone, chat, and email interactions, offering friendly greetings and professional support throughout every interaction.

Transaction Processing and Operational Excellence

  • Process customer purchases accurately using designated digital systems and virtual point-of-sale platforms, including handling voids, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delayed orders as needed.
  • Collect payments, process transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping in alignment with arenaflex operational standards.
  • Recommend available products, suggest complementary add-ons, and identify opportunities for upselling in a natural, customer-friendly manner that enhances the overall experience.
  • Maintain awareness of product inventory, promotional items, seasonal offerings, and special pricing structures to better serve customers and drive satisfaction.
  • Implement asset protection procedures to help identify and minimize potential losses, supporting the financial health of the organization.

Store Presentation and Merchandising Support (Digital Coordination)

  • Assist in coordinating and maintaining visual merchandising standards across digital storefronts and product displays.
  • Support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and special event setups by ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and properly positioned.
  • Help manage product rotation, restocking efforts, and inventory accuracy using arenaflex's "first in, first out" approach to maintain quality and freshness where applicable.
  • Ensure product placement follows company guidelines, including proper categorization of food items, specialty goods, and regulated products.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

  • Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those related to age-restricted products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco items.
  • Follow all arenaflex policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure a consistent, lawful, and ethical approach to all customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular training updates, certifications, and compliance refreshers to remain current on evolving regulatory requirements.

Photo and Specialty Service Support

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers seeking photo-related services, including digital photo identification, banner printing, and specialty creative product offerings.
  • Process online photo orders, monitor Picture Care Plus systems, fulfill customer requests, and ensure timely delivery of photo products to customers.
  • Promote photo service specials and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through creative product suggestions.

Store Environment and Presentation (Virtual Oversight)

  • Support efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing digital presence that mirrors the polished in-store experience arenaflex is known for.
  • Identify and report any issues related to system functionality, digital display accuracy, or operational inconsistencies that may impact customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (this requirement does not apply to candidates in Puerto Rico, where bilingual Spanish-English skills are highly valued).
