In this role, your primary responsibility will be to address the human side of organizational shifts-focusing on reducing employee resistance and increasing the speed of sustained adoption of new behaviors so our people can do extraordinary work for our clients.You will deliver strategic consulting through best-in-class change management practices that are integrated with business plans in a systematic and rigorous way. Additionally, you will enable Marketing-wide change capability through your involvement in multiple projects across the organization and with outside business partners.100% Remote - Candidates MUST to be located in the Austin, TX, Westlake, TX or Omaha, NE area for onsite meetings. ResponsibilitiesLeading change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives.Building change management strategies that help guide and support people through the change process, including impact analysis, readiness assessment, and sponsor roadmaps.Driving the design, development, delivery and management of change communications and training.Cultivating trusted advisor relationships with project team members, center of excellence partners, stakeholders, and key leaders to influence change efforts and drive business outcomes.Identify KPI and success measures, driving sustainable change.Drive simplicity and scale to increase efficiencies and improve processes to help drive sustainable and transformative change.
