Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Assisting customers in making decisions and resolving issues
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences Contract Length and Pay Rate This is a part-time, remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. Skills and Background Needed To qualify for this position, you must have
  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A reliable internet connection
