Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Axxelus. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including primary care providers and specialists, through virtual and occasional in-person meetings as required. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing territory plans, scheduling and conducting product presentations, answering clinical and product-related questions, and providing compliant, evidence-based information. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and reporting call activity, feedback, and performance metrics using CRM tools. The representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to share field insights, ensure alignment with brand strategy, and support training or launch initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess Pharmaceutical Sales and general Sales skills, including territory management, prospecting, and closing within a compliant, highly regulated environment.
- Candidates should possess foundational Pharmacy or life sciences knowledge to discuss product indications, mechanisms of action, and safety profiles accurately and responsibly.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in a remote or hybrid model.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, virtual meeting platforms, and data-driven reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
