  • * Process ticket changes and refunds following company policies and procedures.
  • * Educate customers on travel policies, loyalty programs, and promotions.
  • * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • * Meet or exceed established service quality and productivity goals.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements to services and processes.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • * Professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor.
  • * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, call center, or related role (experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus).
  • * Previous experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible shifts available, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • * Full-time and part-time positions offered.
  • * Schedules will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.
