Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your primary mission is to ensure that every customer interaction reflects positively on the airline brand and on arenaflex. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms. Each interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate empathy, accuracy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Reservation and Booking Assistance: Guide customers through the process of making, modifying, or canceling reservations. Help passengers understand fare rules, baggage policies, seat selection options, and available upgrades.
  • Flight Information and Travel Guidance: Provide real-time information on flight schedules, gate assignments, weather-related delays, and connection details. Help passengers navigate the complexities of international and domestic travel.
  • Issue Resolution and Problem Solving: Address customer concerns efficiently and professionally, including lost baggage claims, refund requests, ticket disputes, and special accommodation needs. Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
