Position Overview – Remote Data Entry & Packaging Strategy Lead

arenaflex is seeking a seasoned Packaging Strategy Lead who will own the end‑to‑end data entry, documentation, and bundling processes that drive our private‑label brand success. This role is a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous data management, and cross‑functional leadership. You will work remotely from Minnesota, collaborating with teams in the United States, China, India, and other global locations to ensure that our product bundles are accurate, on‑brand, and optimized for both cost and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Requirements: Design and maintain core data requirements, classification schemas, and attribute standards that enable scalable bundling initiatives across all arenaflex private‑label categories.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and compliance owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable data specifications.
• Change Management: Lead change‑control cycles to ensure that bundling data remains synchronized across multiple platforms, systems, and partner networks.
• Creative Communication: Produce and deliver compelling training materials, visual guides, and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering a shared understanding of bundling best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, lead projects, resolve conflicts, and build consensus across diverse, remote teams.
• Strong background in documentation best practices, technical writing, and information dissemination.
• Proven track record of developing engaging training materials, visual assets, and communication plans.
