Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Data Entry: Provide real‑time, accurate data entry support through arenaflex’s live‑chat platform, handling inbound queries, account updates, and service requests.
  • Information Management: Input, verify, and update customer profiles, subscription details, payment records, and preferences with a focus on zero‑error tolerance.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot data‑related problems, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data, flag inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity across all systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the APAC Finance and Payroll teams, as well as global support agents, to ensure seamless information flow and adherence to company policies.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice documentation to continuously elevate the data entry function.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry, information management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Exceptional typing speed (≥70 wpm) with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and courteously via live chat.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
