Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a global strategy for detecting, mitigating, and preventing adversarial abuse across all arenaflex products.
- Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, engineers, and policy experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Risk Identification: Anticipate emerging threats—such as generative AI‑driven scams, coordinated misinformation campaigns, and large‑scale bot networks—and develop proactive countermeasures.
- Data‑Driven Insights: Oversee the design and implementation of analytics pipelines that ingest massive datasets, surface anomalies, and generate actionable intelligence for product and policy teams.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience leading risk‑mitigation or abuse‑prevention initiatives at scale.
- Proven track record of building and deploying data‑driven solutions that detect and reduce malicious activity.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional product and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into product features.
